We have a mobile studio and subsequently can travel anywhere with it. Our home is in Nottingham, where we have a great studio for recording bands and soloists but if you would prefer to record at a different location, just let us know. We specialise in classic recordings, live bands with great musicians and capturing that all important vibe.

We can offer production, engineering and mixing. We also offer songwriting and collaboration, as well as having the resources to provide session musicians for your project at competitive costs.

We record using Digidesign Pro-tools 8 routed through a vintage Allen and Heath system 8 desk. The studio is equipped with a range of microphones, drum kits, bass amplifiers and an enviable range of guitar amplifiers - recently we've added a Revox tape machine for all you retro recording lovers (like us!)

We like to use our Pro-tools 8 recording system, but we can record on our system and convert the files for you to upload on to your own logic or cubase set-up, for example.

Over the years Jason has spent a large proportion of his time in recording studios, making albums with two Grammy award winning producers Ken Nelson (Coldplay) and Chris Potter (The Verve) at studios from Parr Street in Liverpool, Metropolis London, Sarm West, Hook-End Manor, Olympic and B.B.C Maida vale studios.

Jason also worked alongside Gordon Raphael the producer of New York band "The Strokes" as a guitarist in his band, as well as playing guitar for Spiritualized,  and as guitarist for Lee Mavers of The La's, The Orange Lights, Billy Jo Spears, Tallulah Rendall, Jodie Marie and Jake Bugg.

We are very patient and are not "clock watchers" . If you book us for the day , that means 8 hours. We get into the studio early so we are ready to go when you arrive. We love music and want to you to get the best results. Our daily rates include mixing. Normally one track can be recorded and mixed on one day , but we'll quote you a full price at the time of booking.

 Studio rates start at £150 per day. This includes engineer and mixing.
